Property Surveillance Systems was created by Glenn Rosenthal and Laurence McKenny of Rosenthal Properties from the frustration of dealing with CCTV companies that do not meet the needs of commercial real estate companies. Our experience in property management gives us insight into the issues that property managers face and what surveillance systems they most need. Most CCTV companies provide low resolution, analog systems that do not have the video quality necessary for large properties such as shopping centers and industrial parks. We only provide high resolution mega pixel, IP systems that provide a clear picture of large expanses such as a parking lot, lobby, or warehouse. We understand the budgeting process that all management companies go through and the importance of continuity in property expenses and CAM. We offer financing/leasing options that are not available from most CCTV companies for those companies that seek to avoid a one time expense.
